Eligibility for Returns

  • You can return most new, unused items sold on Ashrafco within 14 days of delivery, based on your purchase date.
  • Certain items may be exempt from returns. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any tags still attached.

Return Process

  • You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned item arrives safely.
  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your return.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for items that are the wrong size or color. Exchanges are subject to availability. Please follow the same return process outlined above to initiate an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Used or opened items (unless defective)
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse
